What is your price terms?
The price we quoted is based on USD currency -FOB Shanghai or other port negotiable.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we supply some free samples of the value under USD20. The buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
What is your MOQ?
For standard fiber optic patch cables, we dont have any MOQ, you can buy one piece fiber optic patch cable via our small order policy.But for other products,normally the regular order value should be at least USD5000, however the sample order has no such limitation. A MOQ may be accepted depending on the product type.
What is your lead time?We keep stock for standard fiber optic patch cables, fiber optic cable connectors, fiber optic adapters and some Cat5e patch cables , Cat6 patch cables. So the lead time will be same upone payment confirmation. For other products, we may need 7-10 working days to finish production. For OEM products, the lead time is around 15-30 days , depending on the products types.
What is your payment terms?
We accept 100% TT ( Telegraphic Transfer) in advance for small orders( value under USD10000). For some big orders, we can accept 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. But for the old customer , we may discuss about the credit terms like Net 30 days. For very small orders , we can accept Paypal payment. We are doing the best to match your demand.
What kind of transportation should I select?
For the fiber optic patch cables products ,you can choose air or using your own account of DHL , UPS or Fedex .If you don't have the courier account, we can arrange from our side and you pay us together with order. For big volumes products, We suggest the customer to arrange shipment by sea or air , it depends on the order volume and gross weight. We can help you to find the good forwarder to send the goods to your place in good price. Please consult details with our sales representative.
How do you keep my contact information security?
We take our customers contact information seriously and keep them confidential. We need share this information with any third party.
What shall I do if we encounter the problem of your product?
Please contact with our sales representative about the problem without delay. Meanwhile, plese submit the inspection report with picture about the problem description. We will do our best to solve the problem and find the solution or replace the products for you .
Can we become your distributor or agency in our area?
Yes, it is possible if we don't already have an agency or distributor in your area. The best way is to start the business and approve your good intentions through several regular orders over a period. We will product very
good support to our distributor including samples, price and other support. Please contact with our sales representative for more details.
Can you supply OEM products under our brand?
Yes, sure. We can supply OEM products with OEM package, but it will need MOQ to print your brand.
How can we make contracts?
Generally, customers shall purchase products by issuing a written purchase order signed by an authorized representative, indicating product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, tax exempt certifications if applicable, and any other special instructions and information.
Or customers can just confirm our proforma invoice instead of issuing the purchase order, on our proforma invoice sent to the customers, we will also list product names and descriptions, quantity, price, total purchase price, shipping instruction, requested delivery date, bill-to and ship-to addresses, tax exempt certifications if applicable, and any other special instructions and information.
The agreed proforma invoice and/or agreed purchase order will be regarded as the sales contract. The customers can also require other ways of establishing the sales contract in their preferred manner.
